My lab does not get motivated by food doesn’t matter if it’s a piece of real bacon he sees training and wants out of it, he doesn’t get motivated by food or toys I tried for months! The only thing I could train him was to heal and that’s because I pulled on his collar like a choke collar.

I mean if I could get him to not pull and go chasing after dogs and cats every time he’s on the leach without a choke collar I would. I wouldn’t do this long term though, just as soon as he gets it.
